May you find joy, happiness, and fulfillment! These are my humble thoughts on practicing "Yuanfu Qigong" at Jiangcui Elementary School. Thank you, Dier, for inviting me to share my experience; I'm truly grateful. Looking back, I remember in the latter half of 2015, through a sacred and beautiful connection, I learned about "Yuanfu Qigong" at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, and then we started group practice every Saturday. Of course, not long after, I also became a member of the "Chinese Yuanfu Qigong Association."
Then I attended the supervision course guided by the Immortal, and learned about this sacred supervisory mission. So I followed the Immortal's clear instructions and practiced "Yuanfu Qigong" under a century-old banyan tree in the beautiful campus of "Jiangcui Elementary School" near my home.
I felt this was what is meant by "applying what you've learned," and it was also the first step in my self-training—practicing with ease and naturalness. So, I focused on practicing every day at 6 a.m., rain or shine, spring, summer, autumn, and winter, almost year-round, practicing diligently every single day.
I would like to thank the many favorable conditions and people that allowed us to practice together happily on campus. From "Five Elements Transformation" to "Sun and Moon Shining Together" and "Massage Exercises," we practice diligently every day. In a subtle way, we often feel a sense of freedom, as if we are one with the universe, breathing and moving together in harmony.
There was also an immense sense of relaxation, especially when I was walking home after my practice. I felt my steps were exceptionally light, as if every cell in my body was more revitalized. At that moment, my heart was filled with boundless gratitude and appreciation.
I am grateful for the teachings and guidance of Master Yuanfu. I have often heard the saying, "The master leads you through the door, but the practice is up to you," which is so true. During practice, I can experience the wonderful changes between stillness and movement, and understand the greatness of our body. I am grateful to my body for being used by me, for knowing my heart, for its infinite flexibility, and for its transformation every second.
Every thought and intention that arises during our practice has a sacred calming effect, making every breath comfortable and helping us to clear away impurities and retain purity. When we truly practice step by step and attentively experience the practice, we will always grow further. Like drinking water, only the person drinking knows whether it is hot or cold; only they know the true taste.
I once asked the Immortal Master how long it takes to graduate from the "Yuanfu Qigong" training. Is it 3 years and 4 months? I remember the Immortal Master's answer was: Just like eating three meals a day, you have to keep doing it every day to improve yourself. Practice your Qigong well to strengthen yourself. There is no end to learning, and diligence can make up for any shortcomings.
It's truly shameful to admit that due to the global impact of the previous situation, schools wouldn't let us in, which caused me to slack off and lose some motivation. It's a real shame! Fortunately, the situation is gradually improving, schools have returned to normal, and everyone can be active again. I'm so grateful.
So I'm preparing to restart and get back into consistent practice. I think it's definitely possible. I'll cheer myself on and hope to build many good relationships so that everyone can be happy, practice together, and enjoy a joyful and fulfilling life! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It was a fortunate opportunity to join Yuanfu. Through an introduction, I met other Yuanfu students and began learning the Yuanfu exercises. Initially, I watched the teacher demonstrate the exercises via VCD, recording each movement. I learned step by step, observing the teacher's movements and the explanations on the videos, gradually experiencing the different sensations in my body during movement and stillness. I feel deeply honored to have come into contact with this authentic method of cultivation!
When I first started practicing the dynamic exercises, I only paid attention to whether the movements were correct. Through daily practice, I gradually began to feel the warmth of my palms and the control of Qi in the movements. Through daily practice, although I dare not say that I have become physically stronger, at least the number of times I catch a cold has approached zero. The changes in your own body are something you have to experience for yourself.
If you don't practice the exercises diligently every day, the effects will be minimal. Only through consistent practice can your internal energy gradually accumulate. Once you stop, the internal energy will slowly dissipate. The accumulation of internal energy is a slow and difficult process. It requires years of consistent practice to accumulate it without it dissipating. It's like going against the current; if you don't move forward, you fall behind.
Practicing qigong is also a manifestation of self-discipline. Cultivation lies in introspection and self-cultivation, which is essentially self-management and enjoying the pleasure that practice brings. Learning this kind of qigong can lead to the right path and the right way, and being born at the right time and receiving positive energy is a blessing.
I used to read martial arts novels and dreamed of becoming a martial arts master. Now I'm learning Qigong. Although the methods are different, it helps improve my health. I hope I can also cultivate my internal energy and return to its original function. A truly fulfilling and blessed life!
Wang Yuchang, supervisor of the Yizhu Elementary School practice field, shared his experience.
Initially, I practiced Yuanfu Gong for physical health, longevity, and freedom; later, I gradually moved towards cultivating my character and spirit. My reflections and insights after diligently practicing Yuanfu Gong:
1. When faced with unpleasant people, events, or things, try to correct them by reflecting on them and changing your perspective. Sixteen years ago, something happened to my older brother and sister-in-law. Every time I mentioned it, I felt wronged and saddened to the point of crying. It wasn't until three years ago that I sincerely reflected on this incident and the family relationship, trying to correct and balance it. My heart then found peace! This is one of the benefits I've realized from practicing the Yuanfu Gongfa and reading the books of the Immortal Elder.
2. The teacher's book often mentions that in Qi cultivation, one should cultivate Qi until it develops functional abilities. Daily Qi cultivation enhances energy, allowing it to flow within the body and leading to insights. It can also expel deep-seated impurities from the body; the energy of the Qi can reach wherever it is strongest enough to be expelled. I have also gained some understanding and insight into this.
3. When performing "The Beginning of Chaos" and "The Great Law of Heaven and Earth", one can be very still, so still that it feels like performing meditation, feeling a surge of energy rotating from the abdomen and chest to the top of the head.
4. One morning when I woke up, I felt a surge of energy in my body, which made me very uncomfortable. I couldn't even contract my abdomen. I thought I'd try the "Heaven and Earth Method"! As a result, when I pulled my hands up, I felt a surge of energy rising. I only did it once and it improved.
5. Sharing my experience of giving my son air. A friend came over saying she was feeling down. We chatted over coffee; she has depression, and her daughter has panic disorder, so they were both talking about negative things. At that moment, I felt discomfort on the right side of my head and neck until she left. The next day, my son told me he had a headache and couldn't sleep. When I asked him what hurt, he said the right side of his head hurt, just like the day before. So I said, "Can Mommy help you?" He said, "Okay!" Actually, he usually refuses, so this time it must have been very painful and uncomfortable. I tried giving him air, for about ten minutes, and asked him how he felt. He said, "It doesn't hurt anymore, it's better! I can feel it, it's warm."
The above is my personal experience and insights gained from practicing the Yuanfu Gongfa. Thank you! May you have perfect blessings!
Yang Yuzhi, supervisor of the successful training center, shared her experience.
Thank you all so much for giving me this opportunity to share my experience. The reason I came into contact with Yuanfu is because I was very fortunate to have a supervisor, Zheng Jianchang, who has been with Yuanfu for a long time. Every time we go back to my parents' home, he would share the benefits of Qigong with us. I remember when my son was in sixth grade, he expressed his desire to learn Qigong from his uncle. I was very surprised at the time, thinking, why would a child want to learn Qigong? But seeing that my son was very interested, and thinking that practicing Qigong could improve health and regulate Qi, I decided to treat it as an art form and take my son to learn it!
Since my son started junior high school, we've been going to the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall every Saturday to practice. When we first started, we often smelled floral and sandalwood scents, which my son and I found amazing! Through our Saturday practice, my son's nasal allergies have gradually improved. When he was little, he had to go to the doctor every three days because of his allergies. Eventually, he became friends with the doctor; if he didn't go, his allergies would flare up—it was so difficult! Fortunately, coming to Yuanfu has helped him regain his health. I'm very grateful to Teacher Weng for teaching us such a wonderful method. In every movement, we can feel the flow of Qi. The kind and patient guidance from the seniors at Yuanfu has made my son and me feel the warmth and care of Yuanfu. That's why we've stayed in the Yuanfu family and are happily learning. Thank you so much!
In addition, Yuanfu has many high-quality books. Teacher Weng's concepts are very scientific and will not lead us into traditional misconceptions. I am very fortunate that starting in May 2023, Yuanfu seniors gave me the opportunity to lead everyone in reading Teacher Weng's books online. We read about one book every one or two months on average, such as "The Classic of Heaven and Earth: Topics", "The Classic of Heaven and Earth: Angles", and "Three Aurora Borealis". As a newcomer, I was fearless and bravely accepted this mission. Through this platform, I can learn together with everyone. The seniors at Yuanfu have been studying with Teacher Weng for many years. They are all very talented. Through everyone sharing their experiences, every word is precious, allowing everyone to improve their mind, body and spirit without realizing it. In the preparation process, I learned the most from myself. This is what is meant by "lighting the fire for others, and the light shines before me".
In conclusion, I am very grateful for this opportunity to be a pioneer in this approach. Given time, I sincerely hope that everyone can read Teacher Weng's books with their friends and family. The advantage of online reading is that it is not limited by space, while in-person reading is also wonderful. Anyone who wants to learn can do so online or in person, as long as they agree. The feelings and energy I experience sharing with everyone are indescribable; it's like a spiritual cleansing, and I often gain a great deal each time. I will also share these learning resources with my friends and family in my daily interactions, creating a positive energy. I hope that in the future I can practice more diligently and read Teacher Weng's books, continuously improving so that more people can come to Yuanfu to practice and learn together.
That concludes my sharing. I wish everyone abundant good fortune and all the best!
Zheng Shudi, supervisor of the National Hall Training Center, shared her experience.
Confused people often waver between right and wrong in interpersonal relationships. We've all had this experience: no matter what you do, there will always be someone who says you're wrong, or that you're doing something wrong, good or bad. If someone simply likes you, then whatever you do is right; if someone has a prejudice against you, then whatever you do is wrong. It's truly a very subjective matter.
People who live their lives in a daze are aware of everything about others, but unclear about their own. For example, the manual's chapter on "The Truth Spoken from Above" mentions that when someone catches a cold, others immediately know it's because they weren't wearing clothes and how one catches a cold, but they themselves don't know how they caught it. They are very good at giving advice to others, but when faced with their own problems, they can't make decisions and have to ask others for help, remaining completely confused.
To cultivate objectivity in our perspectives on people and things, we must first become aware of our own inner state, understand ourselves, recognize our own problems, and acknowledge that we can sometimes be too subjective and biased in our views. Then, we must be willing to change, frequently reminding ourselves to be objective, practicing this regularly until it becomes a habit, and correcting ourselves. We must shift our focus back to ourselves, rather than dwelling on others and constantly judging their rights or wrongs.
Cultivating the mind is also about cultivating self-awareness. It means having firm convictions, knowing your goals, not being swayed by external circumstances, focusing your attention on yourself, and not wasting time on right and wrong with others.
I've come to realize that even if you choose to be a bit confused, there's nothing wrong with it, because it's your own choice. When we are born into this world, through the cycle of life, our innate spirituality is often obscured, making our environment extremely important. Our parents' beliefs are passed down to us almost unconditionally, and societal culture, values, and expectations also influence us. If we don't broaden our horizons, expand our perspectives, and develop critical thinking skills, we will be confined by the beliefs we received from our family of origin and the values imposed by society. Therefore, learning the ways of the world is crucial, and life experiences are vital. Only by learning to a certain extent can we break free from these limiting frameworks and truly understand the truth and the real principles.
Having lived this long, my realization is that after the ups and downs of life, those who can look inward are truly fortunate, and this is the beginning of growth. Everything that happens to us, people and events, is a test, a mirror reflecting our inner selves, allowing us to perceive our state, and to cleanse our inner shadows. Letting the light in makes the shadows disappear. Furthermore, I've found that a person's reaction, whether positive or negative, accurately reflects their current inner state. In other words, if someone's reaction makes you uncomfortable, it doesn't necessarily mean you are bad; it's often an external reaction caused by their own inner conflicts and conflicting negative emotions. We are merely affected. That is, if we haven't released our negative energy, the resulting aura will be negative.
Once you understand this, you can be more tolerant of him, because he didn't mean to make you uncomfortable. It's just that he has some pent-up emotions in his heart that he hasn't cleared away. This shows why cultivating one's mind and refining one's energy is so important. If most people could practice refining their energy to clear away pent-up emotions and retain purity, become aware of their own inner problems, break free from the limiting beliefs they receive from their environment, and start changing themselves to influence those around them and radiate a positive aura, wouldn't the world become more and more peaceful and better?
