Part Two: The Sun and Moon Shine Together
Sunlight shines brightly, a sight to behold without regret.
The truth is revealed in the shadows of the moon.
Love and affection bring glory
The Brilliant Qi Refining Mind Turns
Transfer out, transfer in, transfer to heart
By receiving the interaction of the sun and moon, the energy of their essence is guided into the body, simultaneously causing the eyes to move and various parts of the body to sway, generating energy, developing intelligence, and achieving harmony of body and mind.
It utilizes the mutual support, interaction, and transformation of Yin and Yang energies to achieve changes in the human body's constitution. It also integrates the spiritual energy of the sun and moon into the mind, thereby altering one's thinking and achieving inner peace.
Key points of practice:
I bow in reverence and bestow blessings: May you enjoy perfect happiness!
Starting position: Face south, stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands placed behind the coccyx, in a relaxed, natural posture. Eyes focused on the coccyx, tongue touching the roof of the mouth, lips closed.
1. Sun and Moon Light: Stand with your feet flat on the ground, calm your mind and look straight ahead. Take a step to the left with your left foot, and at the same time, raise both palms parallel and face down, and draw a circle from left to right and down (driven by the waist, the body naturally moves with the hands and feet). The eyes follow the movement of the hands.
Six eight-beat counts. Absorbing the essence of sunlight.
Second, the spiritual awakening: Pull your left foot back to the side of your right foot, take a step to the side, keep both palms parallel and facing down, lift them up from right to left and draw a circle down, your body's center of gravity naturally shifts with your hands and feet, and your eyes follow your hands.
Six eight-beat sequences. Absorbing the essence of moonlight.
Third, the root: Pull your right foot back and stand together, with both palms parallel and facing upwards. Lift them from bottom to top, while simultaneously pulling your feet up with the gesture (using your toes to support them). Draw your hands outwards in a circle and lower them down, while simultaneously lowering your feet naturally with the gesture.
Four eight-beat sequences. Absorbing the energy of the universe.
4. Regulating Qi: With palms facing up, pull the palms to chest level (not exceeding the heart), then press down with palms facing down. Repeat five times on each side.
5. Lower Dantian: Place both palms together at the lower dantian (right hand on top, left hand on the bottom), and make five clockwise circles from small to large, and five counterclockwise circles from large to small.
6. Foot Yin and Yang Meridians: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and with your palms slightly bent and your thumbs and index fingers close together, pat the Foot Yang Meridian (from top to bottom: Huantiao point, center of the outer thigh, one-third of the outer calf, and two-thirds of the outer calf). Use your hands to pat the Foot Yin Meridian (from bottom to top: two-thirds of the inner calf, one-third of the inner calf, and the groin area at the center of the inner thigh).
Four eight-beat counts.
7. Knee joint: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and use both palms to rub your knee joint in a circular motion, two sets of eight counts to the right and two sets of eight counts to the left.
End of practice: The Qi returns to its natural state, and one returns to a relaxed posture.
The ritual for completing the Yuanfu ceremony is now complete! We bow in reverence and offer our blessings. Thank you all.
