[First Treasure: Self-Cultivation] Health ~ Unobstructed Meridians and Well-being of Body and Mind
Physical health is not just about being free from illness; we need comprehensive "true health." Therefore, we propose that health should be... Unobstructed meridians lead to physical and mental well-being. So why is it important for the meridians to be unobstructed? What are meridians?
Meridians are the light of the human body, permeating the entire body and residing in our spirit. If one can cultivate one's Qi, nurturing it into an energy circulating within the body, bringing one's innate energy to a level that can be felt by the spirit, and combining it with external air and the Qi of heaven and earth, then the three energies can unite, flowing continuously and transforming endlessly within the body, undergoing self-adjustment, eliminating impurities and retaining purity. This transforms one's constitution, ensuring smooth flow through the meridians, leading to good health. Therefore, learning Qi cultivation is crucial for good health.
We humans are a combination of body, mind, and spirit, with the body and mind controlled by the intangible spirit. The body can be divided into the tangible physical body and the intangible spiritual body. The body is the tangible physical form, while the mind is the intangible shadow. The tangible physical body is nourished by food and maintained through various effective exercises, while the intangible mind and shadow must be harmonized by thoughts and reflections.
Having unresolved issues in one's mind, obstructed thoughts, and frequently speaking negatively and sadly can generate negative energy, easily leading to physical and mental health problems. Wind, dampness, dryness, cold in the air, and interference from the unseen spiritual realm, such as possession, being ensnared, being struck by evil spirits, etc., all affect a person's turbid energy, causing unstable thoughts and even mental illness.
Therefore, it is important to take good care of every part of the body, including thoughts and desires. Through cultivating the mind, practicing Qi, and nourishing the spirit, one can cultivate both body and mind, develop a strong physique, diligently practice Yuanfu Ling Qigong, unleash the energy of one's innate nature, cultivate positive energy within the body, and transform one's environment with one's mind, so that the mind can be calm and peaceful. This is the true health that is achieved when the meridians are unobstructed and the body and mind are at peace.
[The Second Treasure: Cultivating the Mind] Freedom, Acceptance of Fate, Understanding Cause and Effect
Living in a group inevitably involves encountering many situations. When things aren't going well, try to shift your perspective to the positive, transform the negative energy, and maintain a calm and balanced view of everyone. Always remain confident, undisturbed, and proactive in facing reality. When things resolve smoothly, you'll be free from worries, cultivate positive relationships, and see the beauty in everything. Go with the flow and may your wishes come true Alright!
Life itself constantly creates cause and effect. We can form good or bad karma. If we create bad karma, optimistic people don't care and move on, while pessimistic people can't let go, and their inner turmoil remains, eventually creating more negative karma. Cause and effect exist not only in this life but also in past lives—life before that, which we don't know or understand. Even when cause and effect manifest, you can't ignore it. You don't know who was kind to you or who was your enemy in your past life, or how many people you helped. Therefore, when cause and effect manifest, you should view it with kindness, understand others, and think from their perspective, ending its karmic cycle without leaving any resentment in your heart. Only in this way can things turn around for the better.cause and effect Only then can Good understanding Drop it. This is important.
[Third Treasure: Cultivating Qi] Longevity ~ Regulating Qi and Absorbing it correctly resolves right and wrong.
To live a long life, one must cultivate inner strength; otherwise, even if one lives a long life, one's health will suffer. Longevity means first developing physical and mental health, a correct spiritual path, and taking good care of oneself. One cannot be sick all the time, dependent on others for care, or idle all day. Only by living a long and dignified life can one contribute what one has learned.
To live a long and healthy life, one must practice Qi cultivation. Qi cultivation is essential. Once you can practice Qi freely, it will gather in your heart, which is called "Nazhong" (纳中). It will continuously circulate and transform within your heart. Eventually, the Qi will naturally generate energy to help you expel impurities and retain purity.Regulating Qi and Harmonizing the MiddleAfter cultivating one's Qi, one can internally observe and concentrate it to exert and transform it, applying it to various parts of the body to perform the work of eliminating the old and establishing the new. This allows the internal organs to regenerate and thrive continuously, prolonging life and achieving longevity and health.
Longevity also requires the ability to resolve inner conflicts. This resolution doesn't refer to gossip or idle chatter, but rather to the knots in one's heart that arise from unresolved thoughts, unresolved issues, or obstacles. In real life, we inevitably experience ups and downs and conflicts, sometimes leading to inner imbalances or uncontrollable desires, which can harm both body and mind. Resolving inner conflicts means finding ways to untangle them, like untying a knotted rope.
Especially, mental blockages and emotional knots arising from one's thoughts are often more numerous than illnesses caused by food. Many illnesses stemming from emotional knots are due to a lack of understanding of cause and effect, and a lack of discernment, resulting in mental illnesses. Therefore, while practicing Qi cultivation to expel impurities, one must also... It is indeed a matter of right and wrong. It is very important that when we see things that are unpleasant or upsetting, we can only face them, solve them, change them, and shift our perspective. Only when we can let go of them, understand them, and resolve them can they become our own insights. This is also a kind of stimulation that helps us grow. Even bad things can turn into good things. Only by understanding these things can one be free, live a long and healthy life.
[Fourth Treasure: Cultivating Nature] Enlightenment ~ Guiding the mind with understanding principles
Speaking of enlightenment, my heart seeks enlightenment of my nature. Starting from the heart, enlightenment speaks of the inner self, and nature is the spiritual energy of one's true nature. It is about realizing one's original spirituality.
With understanding of the theory It means that to obtain the truth, one must first learn the principles, and from the acquired principles, one can understand the innate truth. One must go through the trials of society, understand a lot of social common sense and knowledge, and after being tempered by the world, reflect on and internalize them, one will be inspired deep in one's heart, realize spiritual wisdom, and discover the truth and laws of heaven.
Cultivate your mind and practice your inner energy to understand your nature, comprehend the part of your inner world, reveal it, and comprehend and master your innate desires. Only in this way can you clarify your mind and gain clarity.
So-called Illuminating the heartIt means that one can clearly understand the principles and truths in one's heart, and cultivate oneself to the point that one's subconscious can clearly know and judge, and have a complete understanding of one's inner world. This is called learning principles with enlightenment and illuminating one's inner world.
When discussing one's innate spirituality, it's important to understand that the origin of a spiritual being varies across different realms. Some may come from the heavens or the lower realms, while others may be bestowed by Heaven—all from different dimensions. Because there are so many realms, it's crucial to learn this truth and clarify one's inner self to understand where one truly comes from, how many lifetimes one has lived, and which places one has been in.
Ultimately, one realizes that even a person with a physical body will perish. Where does the invisible spirit within go? Therefore, after enlightenment, one returns to the source.
[Fifth Treasure Cultivation] Returning to the Source ~ Gathering Qi and Returning to Truth, Hoping to Restore the Source
Finally, you must return to your source, back to your original place. You may not know where you came from, but you must cultivate yourself to the point where you clearly understand which dimension you came from. It's not something others tell you; you must think about who you truly are and where you can go. At the time of death, you should clearly understand that this path leads back to your source. When you cultivate to the point of enlightenment, you will clearly understand that you must return to your source, and which dimension you will return to. "You go where you cultivate to," and each dimension will also follow the principle of "like attracts like." You will be categorized and grouped into the realm corresponding to the level of cultivation you reach!
Gathering Qi and Returning to True NatureWhen you cultivate to a certain level, you can see your true nature and spirituality, and clearly see the inner energy within you. Only then will you understand that worldly emotions and wealth cannot be taken with you; they are all burdens that hinder your ascension. Gathering Qi and returning to the true self means gathering enough Qi and energy, combining it with the spirit, and returning to that point of truth, which is our original face, the true self within us. This requires considerable cultivation.
Hope for RecoveryAll hopes should be strived for while one is alive, but before leaving this world, one should pass on one's achievements, and after handling and giving them over, let go of all attachments (family, friendship, love), money, power, desires, and the physical body. Only then can the spirit soar high. One should even cultivate to a higher realm than the original space; only then can one's life be considered successful, and the spirit find its home, its original home.
