Part Three: Heaven and Earth Shake and Still

It utilizes the energy of heaven and earth.

Fusion of the human body

It is also the harmony of heaven, earth and man.

The interaction and transformation of gas

Concentrate Qi within the body

And the flow of movement

Expel turbid air and retain pure air

Relax muscles and improve circulation, clear mind

Healthy feet and a fit body

   This set of exercises was taught and guided by people from the spiritual realm. After years of diligent practice by a group of dedicated individuals, it has been proven to be beneficial to human health. Therefore, it has been decided to publish it so that those who are destined and interested can participate together.

  Key points of practice:

    I bow in reverence and bestow blessings: May you enjoy perfect happiness! 

    Starting position: Calm your mind and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, relaxed and natural.

    First, receiving the Qi of Heaven and Earth: three times.
        Above: Slowly raise both hands to the top of your head, bend your knees slightly and lean back.
        Down: After straightening up using the strength of your legs, bend forward with your hands and then down.
        Circling: Swing both palms simultaneously on the ground, circling three times to the left, three times to the right, and then back and forth three times. (Up, down, and circling connect with the energy of heaven and earth three times. When changing positions, the power of the waist, feet, and hands should slowly rise simultaneously. When both hands reach their highest point, pull the left foot back, and let the energy slowly and easily descend with the hands.)

    2. Sit upright with your left leg extended and your right leg crossed.
         1. Heel movement: Left foot downwards and upwards. (Two sets of eight counts each)
         2. Turn your heels: left turn, then right turn. (Two sets of eight counts each)
         3. Foot Yin-Yang Meridians: Press the Foot Yin-Yang Meridians with both thumbs, pressing on both sides, from top to bottom and from bottom to top. (Two sets of eight counts each)
         4. Pressing the front of the foot: Make a fist with your left hand and press down on the front of your left foot, from top to bottom and from bottom to top. (Two sets of eight counts each)

     3. Switch legs: straighten your right leg and cross your left leg.
         1. Heel movement: Right foot downwards and upwards. (Two sets of eight counts each)
         2. Turn your heels: left turn, right turn. (Two sets of eight counts each)
         3. Foot Yin-Yang Meridians: Press the Foot Yin-Yang Meridians with both thumbs, pressing on both sides, from top to bottom and from bottom to top. (Two sets of eight counts each)
         4. Pressing the front of the foot: Make a fist with your right hand and press down on the front of your right foot, from top to bottom and from bottom to top. (Two sets of eight counts each)

     4. Weizhong acupoint: With both legs straight, press the Weizhong acupoint on both feet simultaneously with the middle fingers of both hands. First the left, then the right. (Four sets of eight counts each)

     5. Shake your feet: Extend both legs and shake your feet. (Four sets of eight counts)

     6. Jianyu acupoint: Sit cross-legged upright, press your hands on the Jianyu acupoint. Right hand presses on the left shoulder, left hand presses on the right shoulder. (Four sets of eight counts each)

     7. Neck Rotation: Sit cross-legged, slowly turn your head to the left five times, then return to the starting position. Then slowly turn your head to the right five times, then return to the starting position.

     8. Palms-Clasping Breathing Exercise: Sit cross-legged, chest out, abdomen in, place both palms on the lower dantian (lower abdomen), separate the arms and extend them straight up to the sides until they meet above the head, then slowly lower the palms down to the chest, calmly focusing on the breath. Inhale through the nose, circulating the energy in the abdomen, and exhale through the mouth. (Three minutes)

     9. Laogong Point Eye Protection: Place both palms on your eyes, open your eyes, and perform the Laogong point eye protection exercise. (Four sets of eight counts)

    【stand up】

     10. Rooted to the Ground: Stand on one leg, interlace your fingers and raise your hands above your head to stretch the muscles in your back. Stand on one leg, first left, then right. (Four sets of eight counts each)

     To conclude the exercise: Stand with your feet flat on the ground and let your breath return to its natural state.

  The ritual for completing the Yuanfu ceremony is now complete! We bow in reverence and offer our blessings. Thank you all.
